Maxime brings together over a decade of military service, as a healthcare executive, and his current role as CEO of an Academic Medical Department. His journey has always centred on building strong teams, guiding leaders, and ensuring people thrive in high-stakes environments.
With a BA and MBA, professional designations including CHE (Certified Health Executive) and PMP (Project Management Professional), and certification in the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment, Maxime combines rigorous training with real-world leadership experience. His master’s thesis on mentorship and onboarding continues to shape his passion for supporting others through coaching and transition.
He volunteers his time with the Canadian College of Health Leaders as a Chapter Executive, and as a member of the Board of Director with Deep River District Health.
