The first 90 days shape everything that follows. When support is thin, new leaders burn time figuring out “how things really work,” miss quick wins, and form early beliefs that are hard to undo. The costs appear quickly: slower time-to-impact, preventable friction, and increased turnover risk. This program is a strategic onboarding companion that turns that fragile window into momentum, so leaders arrive faster, learn smarter, and build credibility early.
Onboarding and mentorship are my lane. I wrote my MBA thesis on the first-year success of new hires and then spent years applying that research, leading teams, developing onboarding systems, and mentoring leaders across various industries. I bring the theory, the practical playbook, an ICF-trained coaching approach, and a decade of military leadership packaged into one program and anchored in a proven 90-day framework.

Cadence: Six sessions over ~90 days, every two weeks, 75 minutes each

Optional EQ-i enhancement later if useful; not required for core outcomes
