Maxime brings deep experience in organizational leadership, HR, governance, and operations across both public and private sectors. With a background that includes healthcare executive leadership, Not-for-Profit Leadership, national HR and operations management in the Canadian Armed Forces, and extensive project management expertise, Maxime is passionate about helping organizations thrive through clarity, alignment, and smart execution.

He holds an MBA, is a Certified Health Executive (CHE), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Healthcare Professional.
